Yes, I have it now. I was at work in midtown and power went out about 4:15. After walking from there to Brooklyn(thats a helluva walk folks) in 90 degree heat, I had to settle for a cold shower. At 4:30am they turned it on for me and I was the happiest guy on earth. Thanks for caring :)

Geez, that really sucks. I at least was able to turn on my A/C for part of the night....no more cold showers to cool down for me :grinblue:

Awww, my poor Gaston! That totally sucks! ;)

Ours went out at 4:15 and we didn't get it back here in Deer Park until 5am. My cousin out in Ronkonkoma got hers back at 10pm that same freaking day, so we crashed there. I'll be damned if I travelled 1,400 miles to sleep in a house as hot as it was that day.

btw, did you check your vm, Matt? I called you and left you a msg to make sure you were okay!

Yes I did, thanks  I actually screened your call because I didn't recognize the number and there's some guys who want money from that area code :frownblue:

The weirdest thing happened to me and my neighbors; we only lost power to one level of our houses. We don't have any clue, any ideas?

For some reason I'm picturing the opening scene of Back to the Future where Marty plays the guitar and blows away the amp :)

Sudbury is about 4 1/2 hours north of Toronto.
