Tiny Feet at DHS... Great Movie Ride Hand Prints etc.

On our last visit, we took time to see the hand prints etc. in front of the Great Movie Ride. We noticed the late Pat Morita's prints, and there's a set of Hand prints and some TINY shoe prints in his cement block... who do the feet belong to? His feet couldn't have been that small could they? does anyone here know the story behind that?

I suspect it was his child but that's a guess
