Good Morning!

My upcomming trip in may is evolving and I wanted to get a little advice before I finish planning. I was originally going to fly solo for a trade conference in Orlando... I ended up picking up a coworker who will get a lot out of the class.

Another coworker decided that since they could stay for free and get a free rental car out of it that they want to come as well... finally another coworker jumped on board.

In total we have 4 guys ages:

20
24
29
34

I am the only one who has ever been to the world, two of the others have never been to any disney park anywhere!!!

Now before we start out I am not out to win any disney converts. With this group it is highly unlikely. At least for two of them. Still, I am looking for any advice you might have for a group this size and this demographic.

I will say that we are already set on accomidations. We are going to stay in Pop Century... 4 adults in one room. Kill me right? We have agreed the room is only for sleeping and everyone has agreed to let me steer the trip. As in they will get up when I say to get up... go to what parks I say are best and tour how I recommend. Which is a huge help.

I am going to pick parks and dining reservations today... but I was looking for any advice before hand. I am pretty well versed in the parks but I am sure someone will have some nugget of advice that will prove invaluable!

Thanks in advance!!!

No parks at all on the 3rd, 5th, and 6th?

The difference in price between the 4 day pass and the 7 day pass is like 10 dollars. I would SERIOUSLY consider getting the longer pass, even if only to hop to Epcot for a Mission:Space ride or a drink at the countries every night.

Also... wow. 4 guys in a Pop Century room? :P

(On my blackberry, sorry if this seems short.)

Those 3 days two of us will be in class. We are getting the free military tickets that ammount to 5 days in parks + 5 days of water parks and more.

I will likely use the and more to check out disney quest the day they arrive late in the day since it will be free and I have never been.

Anyway, they can do theme parks on one of those days, but will have to do universal or waterparks the other two. It will be free days for them pretty much.

As for the room.. The military is paying for the pop room.we will be getting an armed forces vacation club (time share) at the villas at summer bay for 329 for 7 days to sock the others in.

Thanks for the advice, keep it coming!!!

Yeah, but you're in class until, what... 6 PM at the latest?

Parks will be open for another 3 hours. I'd pay an extra 10 bucks for 9 more hours, even if it's walking around.

I'm FAIRLY certain you can still upgrade the passes. I know some trade shows give "twilight" passes that are only good from 4:00 PM and later.

If you can... I would see about upgrading to a 7 day or 8 day Water Park fun & More.

Unfortunately the military passess are not upgradeable. :P it is part of the stipulations on the deal.

The $99 tickets we can buy for our famil members are upgradeable though... Go figure.

My first idea was to upgrade the free ticket to a season pass... No deal on that one. :(
