Okay, it's obvious that it's in Tokyo Disneyland, and they're dressed as witches so it's probably for some Halloween show (which is preposterous since I doubt the Japanese even celebrate Halloween), but beyond that it's all confounded to me.

I think the Japanese are big into Halloween. They have the Haunted Mansion Holiday Nightmare (similar to the Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland), and they're not into Christmas at all.
