Help
We are heading to MGM on Wednesday for a one day trip, and would like
some suggestions for lunch.
I am looking for some plain food like a grilled chix sand, or a chix wrap - or maybe sometype of deli sandwich...
No burgers, fries, or fried stuff, and no pizza
for the most part - some healthy stuff...
I think that we should be ok for dinner if we head to the Brown Derby.

Sorry, but I cant help you on this one. I only eat burgers, pizza and chicken strips when im at WDW. Not to healthy for me either.

I've never eaten there, but I've heard good things about the studio catering company. its got different stuff than your usual counter service place. I'll see if I can find a menu online somewhere.

You can get some great food at the Studio Catering Co. They've got wraps and all sorts of great non-burger food. I can also recommend the ABC Commissary for non-burger food.
If you're looking for a sit-down place without burgers, Mama Melrose or Brown Derby are good ideas

I recommend the Studio Catering Co. They have a great turkey sandwhich that is delicious! And you can get it with carrots. It's what I get almost every time. :-)
