Found this rumor to be somewhat interesting. It talks about the upgrades to Fantasyland to be done after Pixie Hallow is added in 2013. It mentions relocated It's a Small World to a new location and making it look similar to the attraction in Disneyland. The old location will be turned into a courtyard. It also talks about adding the Disneyland Alice in Wonderland darkride near the teacups.

If this is true, the MK might become more than a half day park for me. It's not that I dislike the MK, but more that I want to spend my WDW time experiencing things unique and/or different from Disneyland. And right now the MK doesn't have much that fits that description.

Its unliely to be true, but if it was it only mean an Alice attraction replaces the Tea Cups

This seems to be unlikely, why would they move an attraction and then set it up in a entirely new spot just to put a courtyard in its place?

Dumbo anyone? Being moved, set up (and plussed) in an entirely new spot, just to put a courtyard area for Mermaid area.
Professionals admit to the problem. Alcoholics claim they have no problem.

But it seems to me that it's a lot easier to move Dumbo as opposed to moving and completely rebuilding Small World.

Agreed, a Small World move would involve building an entire new show building for the ride itself, seems the Dumbo ride will be moved and given a twin sister right next to it.
