Good find. It's great to see info coming this quickly. I have a feeling that Celebration V is playing a significant roll in kicking this along.

The pins don't give much away about this years theme, but play on items and pins from Weekends past. Very cool though. I love the Mandalorian Rage (RED SKULL LOOKING THING) pin.

Not to be a nitpicker, but if it's being released in April, it wouldn't be SWW merch, right? Still, cool looking item!

Apparently this is Mickey's own Astromech droid R2-MK. He is a new addition to the Disney Parks, but is not SWW specific. http://www.starwars....ws20100118.html

I do like that droid!

Another item (not exclusive to SWW) that was suppossed to come out last year during SWW but didn't is now being released. This is the poster puzzles that I was really looking forward to last year. They will be available next month as you can read here:

I went to the Studios this past weekend and got the 2 RC cars (one Darth Vader and the other Darth Maul) that were supposed to come out last year. They run pretty good, it's a simple RC for ages 3+ still Stephanie & Gustavo are racing them around the house, they're nice and big and the details are very authentic.
Another thing that I picked up is a puzzle that come in a tin can. They have to types that I saw a classic SW one and a Clone Wars one. The cool thing about these two is that they're shaped like a stormtrooper helmet so they're not your regular square or rectangle one, also it's a 500 piece for ages 10+ so it's a bit more challenging, maybe Matt can get some pictures of the merchandise next time he goes.

Will you be able to order either of these items (the puzzles and the mickey R2) thru the WDW mail order option? I can pick the puzzles up on the trip but I really want that droid haha

I would certainly expect that you could order these through guest services. It shouldn't be a problem where they are carried right there in the store.

Disney Parks' blog announced these today, too. They'll be at both WDW and DLR from April:

Stitch is a must have. *If they would just do one more FIG and make it him, then my collection would be complete.... minus Jar Jar Goofy and Chewy Goofy.

The disney parks blog just posted this on Twitter:

http://disneyparks.d...o-disney-parks/

It says that the emperor stitch will be a limited edition of 1,980. Looks like that'll be a 1st weekend buy. :-)
