Places I've been to: Paradiso 37, once close to when they opened, so a couple of years ago, don't really remember the experience and haven't been there since, I do remember small portions.
Crystal Palace only been there for lunch, and liked it.
La Hacienda: been there for dinner during Illuminations, the food was good but small portions for the price, Illuminations was fun to watch from a different perspective althought you don't get the whole experience. Illuminations is not my favorite night show (that would be Fantasmic!) so it was neat to see it from inside, siting on a chair instead of the floor, with a/c and food.

Kouzzina: Good. Try the steak
Paradiso 37: havent been but i hear margaritas are where it's at
1900 Park Fare: Breakfast is good, other meals are "meh".
Crystal Palace for dinner: Expensive, but good
La Hacienda: Not a fan. Been there 3 times for dinner and underwhelmed. Food is good, not great and prices quite high. Better places in WS to eat IMO.

I've only tried Kouzzina, but I thought it was "ok." The whole fish was a little on the bland side for me, and the seafood stew had alternately kind of a strong ouzo flavor that I was a little meh, on. Beyond that, it's a pretty noisy place, with constant cries of "OPA!!"

Having said that, none of the food seemed to be cooked blatantly poorly, so it might just be a matter of taste and noise tolerance.

My first time there I tried the whole fish and was disappointed too. Subsequent trips have been much better.

I've heard the same kind of "Meh" reactions to La Hacienda and is one of the main reasons I've not been there yet. As Matt said, plenty of other great food options in WS.

Crystal Palace Breakfast was really quite good, and Kouzzina is one of the places I really want to try.
