Has anyone ever been to this? How was it? I have never been and am going this year. Thanks for any insight.

I've gone a few times, it's pretty cool. There are candy stations everywhere, lots of characters in cute costumes, and I believe all the rides are still open. My favorite part was the special parade they do, and the night show with great fireworks. I always have fun, and I'm going again sometime this year, don't know when yet.

Candy Stations? I am looking forward to seeing the characters in costumes.

Personally, I prefer the characters in their original form. Whenever they dress up I just get the feeling that I'm recieving a cheaper spinoff. It's sort of like ice cream flavors, sure they add new ones every week but in the end, most folks stick with chocolate or vanilla.

Candy stations where you can go "trick-or-treating" and know you're getting safe candy for the kids  but everyone can do it. They also do a free group picture.

Ah That's cool. Disney... Free picture? Did I miss something? LOL

We may not be going on the 10th. Too much stuff going on down there. 4 Major conventions, M:S Publicity Day, Funai Golf Classic. Looking at the last weekend right now. I will be at the party at some point.

Which day?

I finally got reservations last night. While I was on the phone with them the computers went down twice. While we were waiting for the system to restore itself the operator and I quizzed each other on usless Disney trivia. It was entertaining.

Wow, I was under the impression most of the phone operators knew little to nothing about Disney other than who signs their check and the little pieces of paper in front of them.

I could tell this one had been with Disney for a while. Most phone operators in the past just say 'tech trouble' call back later. She knew more than most usually do and when the computer went down she had fun with it saying it was Goofy's fault and she was going to talk to Mickey about it. Had me laughing.

You should have taken down her extension or something...good phone operators are hard to come by.

When I go to WDW on Halloween i'm not going to MK for MNSSHP, but I am going to Epcot in the morning to ride M:S and then see how we can get into MK and MGM. But do people dress up when they go to MGM? Can someone tell me what happens? THX :)
