This ride is far too short but has its moments. I really like it when the lines aren't too long. I proposed a question last night in the chat about the oil rigs toward the end of the ride. Everyone replied about how there trying to show Norway as it is today with their numerous oil rigs. I really don't think that's the most appropriate way to show Norway today, especially in a theme park ride. Plus, the entire ride, from what I can remember, is dedicated to Norse lore, like the trolls and that mystical forest. I just want people to tell me what they think of the oil rigs and/or tell me what they think about Maelstrom in general. Thanks for reading, gang.

Gooid point made Josh, but I think they put in the modern things to show they're not some backwards nation thats stuck in the past. After all, the pavillions are glorified commercials to go visit those countries.

Great ride. I really like Vikings and stuff so the ride has some very interested art to look at. The ride itself should be a little bit longer IMO, but it looks like they didn't have the building room.

Plus when you get into the gift shop area theres all those blonde norway chicks smiling at you.

Agree with the food thing. I was expecting more for what I paid.
