In order to make room for a guest assistance center to deal with MyMagic+ issues, Disney will be converting over a portion of Sid Caheuenga's One-of-a-kind shop into a MyMagic+ service center.
The exact location of the service center will be the lobby and porch area, with the other space deeper in the store remaining a merchandise location.

The new MyMagic+ service center at Disney's Hollywood Studios will open in the first week of August 2013 and offer guests a centralized location to meet with Guest Relation cast members and deal with problems and/or questions that arise from using the brand new next-gen service.
Inside the new location, Guest Relation Cast Members will be equipped with iPads to enable My Disney Experience access for making FASTPASS+ reservations.
