Disney added a list of characters we can expect to see in Star Tours: The Adventures Continue although more questions are created than answered as us hard core Star Wars fans are wondering about the impact of the canon storyline...
The Disney Parks blog confirmed which of our favorite characters from the Star Wars universe will be making an appearance in the upcoming Star Tours: The Adventures Continue attraction.
Confirmed to appear in the attraction at least once are

The original Star Tours attraction opened in Disneyland two years before the same ride opened at the Disney-MGM Studios, but this time around, Walt Disney World will have the first run. Star Tours: The Adventures Continue will open at Disney's Hollywood Studios on May 20, 2011 but wont open in Disneyland until June 2011.

Phineas and Ferb, the stars of the Disney Channel hit TV show, are coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios in a character meet-n-greet starting in May.
The duo will meet guests near the exit of Muppet Vision 3D, near the current location for the Cars character meet-n-greet. The exact start date in May is unknown at this time, but it will begin in May 2011.

Given the fact that chefs, recipes and menus change quite often around Walt Disney World, it's important for me to keep track of the state of the food options found in Disney's Hollywood Studios by trying the food as often as I can. This past weekend I had lunch at Studio Catering Co with Henry Work and Scott Barrett.
I hadn't really eaten at Studios Catering Co since they changed the menu last year and at that time, I enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich so the question was is the chicken sandwich still good and what else on the menu is tasty. Henry and Scott decided to try the buffalo chicken sandwich and I opted for the Greek salad....

- Despite it being a Fantasmic! night, crowds seemed lower than usual, probably because of the lingering chance of rain. Word to the wise is if you're at Walt Disney World on a day when it's misty or sprinkling, grab your poncho and go to the parks to take advantage of lower waits for attractions.
- I don't know why, but the ATM machine on the back of Keystone Clothiers is covered up for refurbishment work at least once a year. I don't know why it needs to be fixed so often but it does and it's a mystery to me.
