Disney has released the official Star Wars Weekends 2013 logo, which is inspired from “Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi” and features Mickey Mouse and Chip and Dale on a speeder bike, being chased by Scout Troopers.
Two celebrities are now confirmed for Star Wars Weekends 2013. Ray Park (Darth Maul in Episode I) will attend weekends one and two, while Warwick Davis (Wicket the Ewok in Episode VI) will attend weekends two and three.

Disney's Hollywood Studios will offer two new cupcakes for the upcoming holidays of St. Patrick's Day and Easter that are the perfect way to indulge for both holidays.
From March 8 through March 17, guests can purchase a special St. Patrick's Day chocolate cupcake. The cupcake is iced with green-tinted peppermint buttercream and topped with a white chocolate hat (also St. Paddy’s green). Mickey ears are the perfect finish, two round Vanilla wafers dipped in dark chocolate.
For Easter, Disney's Hollywood Studios is offering guests a pineapple-coconut cupcake that has llow cake with white buttercream, coconut shavings and colorful confetti, with a pair of adorable, white chocolate bunny ears and pink polka-dot bowtie perched on top.

For the week of Easter, Disney will bring back the "Taste of Hollywood to Go - A Fantasmic! Dining Experience" for 10 days from March 24 through April 4. The package allows guests an "affordable picnic" plus reserved seating for Fantasmic!.
The package alllows guests to choose between these five boxed meals for adults:
- Fried chicken with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn and carrots and warm apple crisp
- Vegetable sandwich with avocado, orange and tomato salad, tabbouleh and chocolate cake

I had a chance yesterday to check out the newly refurbished Disney Junior - Live on Stage! show. The refurbishment was an update to reflect some of the newer television shows now airing on the popular preschool network.
The update removed the Handy Manny and Little Einsteins segments and replaced them with Sophia the First and Doc McStuffins. Otherwise, this is the same basic show with the same general storyline. The Disney Ink & Paint artists are planning on releasing a new ink and paint cel for sale to guests at Disney's Hollywood Studios in March.
The new limited edition 1,000 piece is called, "Waltz in the Park" and will be released on March 16, 2013 at the Animation Gallery shop (the gift shop attached to the Magic of Disney Animation). The hand painted cell depicts Mickey and Minnie Mouse dessed as Belle and Beast in front of the entrance to Beast's Castle.

Limited Time Magic, the series of week-long events at Walt Disney World in 2013, will bring "True Love Week" from Monday, February 11 through Sunday, February 17th.
The week long event will offer guests a slew of romantic events in the parks and resorts, including limited-time merchandise, special entertainment and romantic dinners.
True Love Week will bring the first taste of Limited Time Magic to Disney's Hollywood Studios, as the Hollywood Brown Derby will offer special "Dinners for Two". These prix fixe meals will offer candlelit dinners for two at the Hollywood Brown Derby.

The American Idol Experience has added more songs to the list of songs guests can sing in an effort to win a gold ticket for a chance to audition for the American Idol television show.
Fourteen songs have been added to the list of songswhich guests can choose to perform for their big moment on stage. There are now 158 possible songs to choose from.

In addition, James Arnold Taylor and Ashley Eckstein will return as celebrity hosts for Star Wars Weekends 2013, a role they have performed for the last two years.
James is the Official Celebrity Host of Star Wars Weekends 2013, and Ashley is Celebrity Host of “Behind the Force,” a live show that takes fans behind-the-scenes in the Star Wars universe.
