Earlier this week Disney released two cool Star Wars Weekends promotional art and today we have the other two that were created and they are equally as impressive.

These photos are a collaboration between Disney's Yellow Shoes Creative Group and Lucasfilm.

Disney is teasing two of four new promotional posters for Star Wars Weekends.  These fun posters are great mashups between Star Wars and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The first poster is reminiscent of a scene from the Empire Strikes Back when Luke crash lands in a swamp on Dagobah.  In this case, the swamp has been replaced with Echo Lake.

Disney has released a new television ad for Star Wars Weekends 2012.  This is the same ad we've seen over the years but features a new Twitter hashtag of #SWW2012 for everyone to use.

Earlier this month we announced some new snacks for Star Wars Weekends 2012 and now we've got word about even more unique snacks that will be sold during the annual event.

The Disney Parks Blog have posted an overview of the new merchandise for this year's Star Wars Weekends. Along with the limited edition pins, pin sets and vinylmation there will also be Chewbacca inspired lanyads, iPhone cases and Jedi Knight beach towels.

 

This photo shows the buttons and special bag along with a special nametag guests can purchase with their name in Aurebesh.

We're less than a month away from the beginning of Star Wars Weekends 2012 and today we have a preview of some of the special snacks we can expect to see during this year's event.

For those planning on attending Star Wars Weekends 2012, we now know who will be hosting this year's event.  Ashley Eckstein (voice of Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars: Clone Wars animated series) and James Arnold Taylor (voice of Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars: Clone Wars animated series) will reprise their roles as hosts for this year's event.

Specifically, Taylor will be the official celebrity host of Star Wars Weekends while Eckstein will be the official celebrity host of the "Behind the Force" show that has taken place during Star Wars Weekends over the past few years.

Both Taylor and Eckstein have become fan favorites among those who enjoy Star Wars Weekends...

Star Wars Weekends 2012 is coming up quickly and today we've gotten our first look at the merchandise for this year's event.

This year's theme for Star Wars Weekends highlights Donald as Darth Maul, which is no surprise since The Phantom Menace is being re-released in theaters in 3D.

This year will feature two posters, one like the one above and another a smaller lenticular poster which makes Donald Duck look like he is leaping off the page. 

In addition there are two other merchandise items available to preview at this time.
